I wanted to love you,
Like I'd loved no one else
You were perfect in everyway,
Nothing out of place,
I wanted to hold your hand,
Until I was forced to let go
Your smile brightened my day,
And made those rainy days,
Go so far away,
I'd never have to see them again
The feel of your skin against mine,
Sent shivers up my spine,
At how warm your touch,
Actually was
Come closer to me,
And make me forget all that is wrong,
So I can love you,
And only you
They've broken me,
To the point where these pieces,
Are going to be hard,
To piece back together
You never gave up hope,
Of making this heart of mine,
Feel so warm once again,
It's like a dream come true
I never knew that you could,
Make me feel so whole inside,
It's so warm in here,
And it's all thanks to you
I've made a place here,
With your name tattooed,
On the outside,
For all these people to see
Tonight lets break free,
Of all of out regrets,
And lets hold hands,
Like we used to do
Lets sit on the couch,
And watch a movie,
Cuddled under this big blanket,
So we can be together again
I want to love you,
And only you in this world,
So take my hand,
And we'll be together till the end
I wanted to love you,
Like I'd loved no one else,
I wanted you to love me,
Like you'd loved on one else
In this world we've made,
Our dreams can come true,
And we can live,
Together without a worry…
Like I'd loved no one else
You were perfect in everyway,
Nothing out of place,

Retrospection
We beg for mercy,
to be pardoned
of a sin not of
our own volition;
to escape what
haunts the mind
through dreams
and distorted images.
There is an escape,
but it seems far-fetched,
and it only leads
to further damnation.
Breaking the silence
with a subtle scream;
still the heart is
shattered with memories.

Breaking free
Once upon a time you loved me forever,
so long ago though I can not remember;
Jealousy killed your romantic speech,
you drained me like an emotional leech.
You wanted to open up my wicked chest,
pop the hatch and set my demons loose,
I tried to love you, I did my very best,
yet you hung me with a spiteful noose.
Point your condemnatory finger at me,
I will set my words on fire so you can see,
look at me with your judgemental eye,
what you inveigh I will not deny.
I will be your embodiment of sin,
your personification of evil,
I will say it with a wicked ass grin,
just fuel my angry upheaval.
Pick at emotional scabs until they

I'll Love You Even In Death
Her hand tightens on mine
As I kiss her into the bed.
Her mouth is parted,
Inviting me in.
She's never acted this way before.
Always alone, always sulking.
But now she's opened up
She's shown me her scars, her tears.
I lick her neck right under the chin
She squirms under me, sighing for more.
But I don't.
Laying down besides her,
I kiss her on the head.
She may pout in protest,
But I just pull her closer.
Until she's wrapped in my arms.
She fits me, like a puzzle piece.
I'm not ever letting her go,
Not even if she dies.
